Back in Burlington

Last Friday, fresh from 10hours of tattooing, I returned to Canada. While spending a couple of days with friends in Toronto, I then moved into a house where I’ll be living for the summer with MaryAnne, her daughter and daughter’s friend. With a very active club and many keen cyclists, I’m assured many miles spent on the road-bike this summer.

Though I won’t be touring, I will of course continue to ride a lot–including a couple of races–as well as a few bike-packing expeditions in training for riding the Great Divide in 2013. In the fall, I will resume travelling and will also spend time back in the Chihuahuan Desert, my new home. I hope you all will continue to check-in here, as I certainly plan to continue writing about cycling, life and the pursuit of happiness on two wheels.
